It's an informational thread so others do not get burned, Pat. I see no problem with it being on this forum. I would have not know about it otherwise and may have tried to do business. Now, I will not.

I highly value your opinion and also Barndog's. You guys are valued and highly regarded members of these forums, of course.
Just thought it was poor form to link another forum to this one as that thread is still active and easily seen by any and all who care to read it.

yeah, I thought about it a while before posting, but deemed it worthwhile to post here. People can draw their own conclusions. Obviously, I've drawn mine

Thanks, Barndog! I consider your post to be a public service announcement.

I think the post is of value....I will not do business with such an individual. I have been buying coins on this forum for years and basically trust the people and pay heed to feedback. Cheers, RickO
As cynical as I am in life, I'll state for the record that some of you here (even some who I consider peers) should be ashamed of your prejudice in the subject brought to this thread. I'm not going to lower myself by making some facts public here, especially since I've consummated deals with both subjects, but the incontrovertible fact is that there is equal culpability in that non transaction, no matter what you want to believe. End of Rant.
I'd like to hear his side of the story but I get the feeling he's not going to respond. Sounds like he had seller's remorse (afraid he's selling his coins too cheap) or someone else made him a better offer. From what we've been told so far, he sounds like someone that I wouldn't want to deal with.

Sounds like you have relevant information but you don't want to share it with us. Not sure what you are trying to accomplish here.
