Fake 1877-CC Trade $1 on Ebay; please report

Out of focus pics, but clear enough to see a type 1 reverse on an 1877 Trade $1. ALso, I don't think that mint mark style is valid for the date.

    The seller has a good rep and return policy. It may be a consignment coin. A coin of that date/mintmark should be in a slab for authenticity...which is probably why it is not.
