It's in a Rattler slab, so I'll guess MS64. But it should go 65 by current standards.

I vote MS65. It has a couple of rim nicks but I imagine in hand those are barely noticeable. The marks on the cheek bother me a bit but I think overall it's too nice for a 64+ (though this holder is too old for a plus anyway).

My vote is MS-64.

Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible.
