    If I had a spare $250k, I'd buy a cabin with a creek in the woods on a mountain, or a condo on a beach with an ocean view.

    I prefer oaks, maples, beech, birch and cherry. With a smattering of white pine and hemlock mixed in. Rhododendron, mountain laurel, witch hazel and wild berries such as blackberries, grapes and blueberries as under story would be perfect in my book.

    We just cut 62 year old cherry tree. Wild cherry tree it was falling down leaning toward house. Try to prepare for El Ninoimage

    New tin roof & paint next few weeks. Then rework water well should be set for another 20 years.image
