I tried to buy it in 2006, but he didn't want to sell. Out of the blue, his niece emailed me last week saying he had passed away and wanting to sell.

Thanks, ricko. Walkerguy: I'm trying to find a little more of its history, but the owner passed away, and his niece (who received the coin) is 70 and not into coins.
