Can one be overweight a PM?

Of course! (But that wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing.)

I need to post some pics from the PRC trip I recently took.

This city of a few million had a palatial museum you wouldn't believe. And there were several new construction high rises on the city.

But you can read in the media of newly built infrastructure like stadiums that sit unused. 1.3 billion people but their population isn't growing like it had.

That palatial museum was 2/3 unused. I've no idea if those high rises will be utilized but they aren't growing their pop like they say the are growing their economy. The local governments have debt restrictions upon them so they ask the banks to build to make it off balance sheet.

The gov't encourages the population to invest in stocks

Hmmm. We doubt our own gov't produced numbers

I find the PRC numbers to be as or more suspect. Be cautious of PRC and other gov't influenced markets.

I think the % real concept is wise thinking.

China may be the hobgoblin in the corner... just speculative thinking on my part. However, many things there are not making sense.... of course, as an outsider I may not have all the necessary input (surely do not), but still looks like things are getting a tad shaky...Cheers, RickO

Silver has outperformed the S&P in 2015.

It's also outperformed it since 2000.
