I sent many of mine years ago to one of our members for evaluation., Never heard back. Still remains my only rather 'interesting' Forum transaction. Many others have gone without a hitch at all . . .
Always wonder what happened to my coin boards . . .thankfully, the ones I knew were killers (large cent, etc.) I kept . . . . . . . I love the old history ........... also collect the Meghrig, Oberwise, and other binders . . .
Love those old coin boards . . . .have a few here I didn't lose in the 'transaction' . . . .
I like getting them with coins. And upgrading them along the way… if I can. But those keys always seem to find their way to market. I don't get too many OLD boards, but I like them on display when I do.
The PCI holders are in the photo for posterity's sake.

Always found those interesting and tossed a few back to keep.
Not many people call themselves Morgan Dime collectors these days.

Keepers!
I wouldn't throw them away without finding out if they are collectible. My guess is - yes they are. I don't know for sure, though.

<< <i>Is there really any market for them? >>
I think there's a greater love, than a market. Look to the title for details.
