Bought and sold a bunch this week, but nothing precious.
Gave me an opportunity to take some shots of some of my favorites, though:

The crusty gold with the old toned silver JM bar is perfect combo.
I already shared the pirate themed items I picked up earlier in another thread.
I did however get this half dollar for the low, low premium to spot of roughly 500x

yes that looks real good from here
Seriously, this is kind of weird, right??? Anyway, got my 2013 silver lunar snake (and no pipe bomb inside...haha)
With these two kilo coins, I complete my snake and goat set.
ps...great pics Weiss, love the contrast of the silver bars and gold coins!

Gorgeous!
I picked up this 5 oz S.D. (San Diego) Refining Co. bar. Was told by a very knowledgeable source that S.D. made their bars to order, so they didn't over produce and there are apx. only 70 of these bars made. Was concerned about it being 5 ty oz's with all that was taken away from the back of the bar, but it's spot on.

I could replicate on a 10 ounces and gold dollars
<< <i>All very nice metal, good to see there's some buying going on too.

Very neat bar. I don't think there was any silver taken away from the back of the bar based on your pic. Looks like normal silver cooling shrinkage that is sometimes found on the older poured bars. Never heard of this company nor have I seen any of their bars so I would assume it's quite scarce if not down right rare. Neat pickup.

Yep, I think the back was from the process just as you say.
That's a pretty unique bar, POM! Great find!
