This one is also a Philly. My love affair with the OGH slabs continues. She has a bean, too! As always input is welcome.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

Very nice!
Great detail on reverse.
I do like the original 'old silver' toning that emphasizes the flow lines.
A wonderful coin.
Another advantage is that you likely got the half at a fairly reasonable price.....good value.
Congratulations.

I am sorry that it took me so long to update this thread but the coin was delayed in shipment and I was left waiting for 8 days. That's OK, though, as it was not TOO long and the coin finally arrived safely to me today.
Well, to answer planetsteve's question---the coin looks GREAT in hand and I am delighted. It has very prominent luster bands that are softly subdued by what looks to be some very attractive, powdery, original toning to me. It has a lot of white flash, as well, and good flow lines. Strike is phenomenal. This coin is so much better than the dipped out, dull-surfaced 67s that I have been seeing these days. It took me about 60 seconds to decide that I really like this coin a lot!!
JBN--You are right on with your comment that these are good values. After chasing and purchasing Early 1916-1933 Walkers, exclusively, for about 4.5 years and paying some pretty crazy prices---it seems almost effortless to buy these mid-late dates. It is a real joy for me and it keeps me in the game and quite entertained, too.
BTW--the OGH is is good shape with no damage or wear and the green bean adds to it, as well.

If you can see, you don't need a bean.
<< <i>how much extra $$$ do attribute to the bean for this coin? >>
None--I didn't pay extra for the bean, at all.
