Help: Hand Cut Perforated Cards

I'm about to sub a 92 SI for Kids Mia Hamm.

It's a perfed card, but appears to have been hand cut. Pretty nicely, but I can see all/most perfs on interior of cut.

How does PSA grade those? I can't see myself being able to work with what's left to double-fold at perf marks, and not sure if I should try to trim any further.

Any advice appreciate.

Not sure if they'll show up real well...

Thanks

If it has perforations and has been trimmed...it will not get a grade...it will be deemed trimmed, NG

Don't trim the card at all, just work the cards back and forth, and gently pull the cards apart. I never take a cutting device to perforated cards if I am looking for a grade.
