so I sent an order in, logged on 2/26....it was a $15 dollar DNA special, so im guessing they r swamped..
im hesitant to call cuz I don't want them to take it out on me with denying some of my cards.. #ICheckEvery5Mins

From my dealings with the company they have always been a professional organization especially customer service. I can't imagine
a case why they would be vindictive over a phone call.

And if you were right about vindictive tendencies, how do you think putting them on blast on the web would help your cause?

Nobody got "jumped" on in this thread. I didn't think he "blasted" them and no one said he didn't have the right to say what he said.
I merely pointed out to a new member that PSA as far as my dealings with them goes out of their way to make each experience a positive one.

I'd recommend a polite phone call to customer service rather than email. They're actually pretty nice people.
Perhaps I am naive but I don't even think a rude phone call will impact your grades what so ever.
