    You can just look up the diameters of the respective coins to compare.

    Simple terms:
    Gold Dollar (not type 1) is near a dime
    Quarter Eagle is near a penny
    Half Eagle is near a quarter
    Eagle is near a half
    Double Eagle is near a silver dollar

    Diameters (assuming Indian or Liberty design);

    1D = 12.7-14.3mm (for comparison, a 3CS Trime is 14.3mm)
    2.5D = 18mm (about the same size as a 3CN which are 17.9mm)
    5D = 21.65mm (slightly larger than a nickel which are 21.2mm)
    10D = 26.8mm (a quarter is 24.3mm)

    Not quite right.
    The $2 1/2 is almost the same size as a dime
    The $5 is almost the same size as a nickel
    The $10 is almost the same size as a quarter
    The $20 is larger than the half dollar but smaller than the silver dollar

    A $10 gold eagle is the size of a presidential dollar (I suspect they used that diameter for the SBA, Sacagawea and presidential dollars due to the fact that it was used by the mint years earlier for the $10 gold eagle).

    A $20 is a little bigger than a half dollar.

    Gold content is more important the coin size.

    Not all gold coins have the same gold fineness.

    When gold and silver move together, it signals the coming end of fiat money.

    If you want a more real world comparison, just look in a Redbook. All of the coin pictures in the different sections are the exact size of the coin being described. Amazing huh?

    Wish I had an eagle or double eagle to include but here are a few relative sizes for the OP.

    To the OP.
    Haven't you heard of Google search.
    What the h - e double hockey sticks are you doing posing a question like that to this august body?

    Anyway, I don't want to create a dust up here so I will take to pms to really let you have a piece of my mind.
