Yep. 1/10th maple. 1988. I had a pocket full of cash and it was the only thing my B&M had. image

    Nice Weiss.

My grandmother would always tell me when I was young "pennies make dollars", meaning, save your pennies and cumulatively they will increase in significance.
Though your B&M dealer only had the maple available this week we know that "tenths make ounces" and you still have pockets full of cash for that next opportunity!

I picked up a few ounces of silver this week, in addition to the stacker rounds shown previously, but nothing noteworthy.

Now to the Metal -- This is all I picked up this week that I can remember (after my head injury) ... I probably bought those two Engelhards from someone here. Never know.

I see some nice things up above me. Cool ring Baley..

Was going to sell off a few oz of gold this coming week but with the dollar working it's magic and the Fed showing their hole card --- Might have to wait on that..

    Have a good weekend everyone!

I had a pocket full of cash and it was the only thing my B&M had.

I have been running into that for at least the last 6 weeks. The problem is they have the stuff I'm interested in, they just want absolute top of the market, so I keep my cash, and build on it.

    Here's a precious metal story.

Told it before, but it's worth telling again.

Fellow calls shop and asks: " Do you buy gold Krugerrands ?"
Me : "Sure, bring them in "
Caller: "Well there's a bit of a problem"
    Me "What's that ? "
Caller: "Well they were sitting on top of my television and there was a fire"
    Me: "Oh no"
Caller: "Yeah. So they melted into the back of the television"
Me : "I'm sorry sir. I don't buy used televisions".
