Appears to be an N-8, R1, plain hair cords....and it looks to be a solid commercial XF40.

I was gonna say AU50.

Looks like I'm way liberal on this one.

Seeing that, and looking again, I'll say EF45, which still puts me way more liberal than anybody else who's posted so far.

Nice color and surfaces, and a great lookin' "big penny", regardless of the numerical grade.
