Will this 1853O Quarter get a PO01; and, will anyone care if it does?

Got this for silver and since it has not been cleaned or otherwise molested I thought it might just get a PO01?
What do you think?

Cool piece.
With the Rays I think that you could make good money on that coin in PCGS PO01.

It should but if it doesn't on the first try let me sing you a lil song about my caring...

For the o-Mints arrows and rays, they really should be worn smooth as possible, as the Mintmark and arrows and rays will be the guidepost.

I just had a '53 P Arrows & Rays quarter come back a two......But the matching half did come back a one......
<< <i>PO 1. Now all you need to do is find a "live one" who will pay a big premium for it. (It won't be me.) >>
I'd pay a big premium for it. Then again, in FR02 or AG03 these aren't worth very much....maybe $8-$10? So if paying a 20% premium is "big"....I'd pay it. Maybe I'd even splurge and go $15.
No stars and no reverse lettering visible is pretty much a PO1. Looks very similar to the 1843-0 (lg O) 25c I picked up at my local B&M for $7 a couple years back. To them it was just a meltable slug.
The half dollar shown above is not even close to this coin as some of the reverse lettering is fully visible. That's a problem. And that coin looks somewhat shiny/buffed. If that's a PO1 then this quarter is a PO 0.5.
Considering no other date seated quarters have rays, why should that be a special requirement on a 53 A&R? The rays won't be gone until the date is gone...and 95% of the coin. There are so many 1853 Philly 25c that circulated
into the 1940's that it's probably the easiest date to find in PO1. The 53-O's probably weren't plucked out any earlier than 1940 since it's not a tough date in low grades. If it was a filled or recut MM variety it might be essentially unique in a PO1 holder. I think it would be "cheating" if you had one of these with the obverse date totally gone, but identifiable by the reverse rays and MM. I would want a date on my PO1.
