A young boy came in with his dad to look at coins. When he pulled out a "Susan B. Anthony" in a 2x2 , I told him the price and he said, "Okay".
Because he was so happy to pick out his own coin, and willing to pay, I was elated.
His dad said , "Son, 15% mark up over face value for a collectible coin is a good deal."
I could not take it. I just gave it to him after hearing that.

<< <i>a young boy -- possibly 6-8 years old -- asked the price of a silver certificate. The owner said that it was normally $1.50, but today they were on sale for half off. >>
The boy replied back, "Great, I'll take 50 of them for $37.50!"
