Do the dates of an ASE affect the private selling price?

Here's another one. I notice the sellers like Apmex charge more for ASE's the older they are. Can a private person
sale older dates for more too?

    If you can get someone to pay you more. Funny thing is they try to pay the same for all years cept 1996 when buying. Does APMEX have different buy prices for each?

    not to a buyer who is buying bullion.

    high mintage on all of them, even the 1996 with over 3.5 million.
