well bought these a few years ago IMHO would grade VG 10

they have been cleaned and retoned, cleaning was done long before I got them

one turned out to be a VAM11a not a bad find for under $20

Those coins are much better than VG10.
I'd call the 1899-O VF35, and the 1921 is at least XF40.

after looking though the box of Morgan dollars these two coins got my notice and got bought that day, not planned more of a impulse buy but over all a good impulse buy
