Ask any 4-year-old what can be used to make or fix anything and they'll say scissors and tape. It can even make a details grade problem free! (Although, that doesn't appear to be the case here.)

you probably nailed it. those anacs holders i think stated specific grades with the details designation. to wit: vf 30 details
