I just got back from my trip and it appears that we should be able to hit the 500 card mark. I am still optimistic that we can get to 750 so we can get an extra $0.50 cents off per card. I will be responding through PM to everyone interested in participating sometime over the next couple of days with the shipping details.

There is no problem with subbing the 1949 smalls or 1954 Topps sized cards. As long as they can fit in a standard size holder there isn't a problem submitting them.

I'm proceeding on Casey's thinking as well. Plus, I think those of us shipping bigger orders will be shipping express mail or Fedex w/ a Next Day turnaround so I can't imagine this is a huge issue.
This submission will be a go, if everyone sticks to what they told me we will be right around the 600 card mark so unfortunately it looks like we will be paying an extra $0.50 per card ($15.00 total per card). If we do hit the 750 card total I will either issue you a PayPal refund or will apply it to your return shipping charges. Obviously my March 1st deadline will have to be extended a few days but if you can please mail out your cards early next week it will be greatly appreciated. I am still a little behind with responding to all my PM’s. If I haven’t contacted you yet with my address or responded to your PM I will do so by Saturday night at the latest. If I haven’t sent you my shipping info by Sunday please shoot me a PM.
Good news is that I shipped my cards today, bad news is that I only sent 33 cards. I had a huge stack of cards for grading, but went I went through them - most were post 1997 certified autographs that could be submitted under the regular submission levels. Sorry about that....

I just wanted to keep everyone updated. We are currently at 612 cards. However, there is a board member that said he should be able to put together enough cards to get us to the 750 card mark. I will confirm with an exact total as soon as I receive his cards.
We have hit are 750 card target!!!! As we stand we have 761 cards which bumps the total per card down to $14.50 per card. I will apply the $0.50 per card refund to everyone when I ship your cards back to you. At that time if there is any additional money owed I will paypal you the remainder. Also, I just want to keep everyone updated and let you know that I will be depositing all of the checks sometime early this week.
