Matte Proof Lincoln. Will it make 65?

I would guess that the reverse spots keep it out of a 65 holder. I'd just leave it in the current old holder if it were mine.

Edited to add your RB designation would be at risk at regrade esp if you made 65. Leave it as is

The grade looks maxed out. The reverse spots are the problem.

The obverse spots too. 64 seems to be the max with spotting like this. If you try to have the spots removed it will kill the coin.

Ditto with what everyone else said. It also doesn't appear to have the luster for the next grade. You can try for a bean as the obv looks to be high end 64 material, it just depends how much the reverse nets it down. Good luck and keep us posted.
