Shop in Flagstaff AZ - great experience!

I searched this forum before I went and there were no shops mentioned so I googled coin shops in Flagstaff and came across American bullion and coin. I loved this shop and the new owner David was awesome!

Aside from having a shop that was interesting, he was actually willing and able to talk about the hobby! He has the normal stuff but he also has lots of of "things" throughout that was fascinating to look at - it was not sterile like some shops I go to.

I don't mean to gush but you don't see shops like this anymore...and as an added bonus he actually had 1/10 ounce palladium so I purchased a couple of those too! Normally I get blank looks when I ask for palladium.

He seems to be in the ball so I told him about our little club here so hopefully he will stop in to say hi. Just wanted to share a really positive experience.

Is that a new shop? Or did he take over an older business?? I ask because I was in a coin shop in Flagstaff some years ago...wondering if it was the same one... Cheers, RickO

He purchased it - so it is an existing shop under new ownership and management.

I drive through Flagstaff several times a year, on the way to southern Utah for hiking and camping. I will have to stop by and check this shop out.
