Just got a spoof email saying my PayPal account was limited, needless to say it's not as I did not use their links to check it.
Be sure too never use any links in emails. Now back to searching for that underpriced one.
image BTW posted here because this site was open in my browser when it came in.

That is an old phishing email.

Always assume that any such email is an attack.

I received it as well. The best way to double check these potential spoofs is to click on the sender in the "TO" section on the email and usually the original email address will show up behind it. Or, you just ignore it, and if someone wants something really bad they will call you.....

I get those on a regular basis. Without opening them, of course, I just forward them to spoof@paypal.com and let those folks deal with it.

Good idea to post these alerts....although this is an old trick, it is good to keep it visible for those who may not have known about it... Cheers, RickO
