IHP Roll find

I was going thru an old roll of IHP I bought for like 4$ about 8 months ago and found this 1863 thick planchet. not greatest shape but cool to find in a cheap roll. I*ts about double the thickness of the normal IHP,

Don't know much about these or how common they are. Any ideas

That's a normal planchet size for a copper nickel Indian Cent.

IHC's are only $4 a roll? That's only eight cents a piece.
