Just a shot in the dark.
No, I don't have better pix and those were taken many moons ago.
Sold it raw.
Should have kept it.
But maybe, somewhere, someplace, out in coinland it is sitting in a collection.
Color pattern should identify.

Whenever I read one of your posts I find myself talking like William Shatner.

I know! Cost me $165 from (wish I could remember his name) original old Rarcoa at the Jack Tar coin show. 1971, I think.

Shapiro, Drieske, or Milas? Rarcoa handled some great coins.

And good thing you knew what you were looking at. Most buyers of "gem" type coins back in the early 1970's were getting stuck with cleaned sliders or some other variation via their local dealers. The general market (or typical collector) hadn't seen enough of them to even know what they looked like. My local shops were lucky to get a common date choice unc seated quarter once every 5 years in the 1970's. The good coins were buried deep and spread out all over the country.
My FIRST seated dollar was not only worn, but cleaned harshly (but BRIGHT !!! ) Probly VG-F for wear
AND.... a nice "poke" mark on the shield.
but..... I think it was 30 bucks.
Guess it was good enough for ...seed stock. heh
