Giving up that touchdown at the end of the half was the game changer. Seattle has the game in the bag. Time to start a movie. The Super Bowl is over.

Great game.
Congrats to the Pats.

Pete Carroll explained in a post game interview that NE had ran in their bigs. Tried to surprise them with a pass. If the corner arrives 1 second later, we are talking about NE defense letdown. Great game!
Arrg, tough game!...Seattle is in pain. Hindsight is always 20/20. The commentators always sound really smart afterwards. With 6 seconds left in the 1st half (down by 7), most would have kicked the field goal....yet nobody second guessed that one. Brady is ridiculous. Tip of the cap.
stop your whining ... after the ridiculously lucky reception a few plays earlier - that was David Tyree all over again. I have been Brady's worst critic for years but he showed me he has huge stones tonight .. 3 super bowl MVPs, the most super bowl passing TDs, the most playoff victories for any player - all done in the age of salary caps and free agency tells me Brady just surpassed Montana as the best QB in the history of the NFL
Anyone that knows me will tell you I have been tough on Brady for 14 years but he showed something different tonight .... Plus he used fully inflated balls so what more do you want
Wow - 2nd and goal and you pass?? Heads should roll........

Stating 2nd and goal and you pass doesn't say anything .. it was the total situation:
2nd and goal from the 1; 20 seconds left; Down by 4 points ;with 2 time outs left; in the Super Bowl; with Marchon Lynch on your team
Is MUCH different than
2nd and goal from the 20 (after a 10 yard penalty for holding); down 14 point;s with 5 minutes left ... with Tom Brady at QB (vs. Geno Smith)
obviously two different scenarios
No question - throwing there tonight was amongst the most boneheaded plays I ever saw .. they were trying to outsmart the Pats D as the whole world would expect them to stack the line expecting Lynch to run up the middle ... But they out-thinked themselves and paid the price
Great game, which doesn't always happen. NE played a technically better game but the 'hawks played with attitude and just wouldn't go away. They deserved to win too. The ending is inexplicable. If it would have worked........ well, it still would have been a bad call, sort of like going for 6 right before halftime. That one worked, but it wasn't the "right" call either.
Boy oh boy...when your entire secondary is juiced up on PED's and you still give up 4 TD passes...

Wow - my ten year old just decided he likes football tonight. He thought it was boring but with all the drama he was into it all night. And that catch before Butler's interception was one of the most ridiculous catches ever. One of the best Super Bowls ever. I couldn't believe they really passed in the end. Carroll will have to live with that call for a long time. Outsmarted himself there.
HaHa, Seattle--That was the dumbest call I have ever seen. Nothing like blowing a "should have won it" game with a dumb play. Marshawn Lynch would have most likely scored on the next play or the one after that. I have always heard you "go with what got you there" not,"let's try something different and surprise them". I am neither a Seahawks or Patriots fan but was rooting for New England. It certainly was one of the best superbowls ever. I enjoyed every minute of it. I just wonder what may have happened if the Seahawks did not get that penalty at the end. A safety at that point may have made it interesting.

Absolutely the worst play call I have ever seen. At that point in the game, you go with your strength. Dumb and dumber 3.
