micro o morgan ?
im not well versed in morgans, can anyone tell me if this is a micro o counterfeit or just a run of the mill 1896-o ?

I don't know of clashed dies in the Micro O contemporary counterfeit family. I have, however, seen a fake 1921 Morgan with a clashed B from LIBERTY under the tailfeathers.
The OP coin is a genuine VAM 18A.

The fakes are struck from dies copied from genuine coins.
