1933 St. Gaud and Early sales of 2015 US Marshals Commems

The Government says there is no way that the 33 St G could leave the mint legally. I'm sure that they would say the same thing about these commems before this happened but it did happen. Where these coins legal if they were released before they were suppose too?

    I fail to see any similarity between the two. I just got a letter from the mint yesterday offering the 2015 US Marshal commem. Are you saying they really are not selling them?

    I think he is saying that the (2015) Marshall coin was offered in late 2014

    The law that created these allowed for some presentation pieces

    Check the public law and see if it oks the 2014 presentation

    The recipients were coin collectors

    Of course there was 'a way' they could have left legally..... the government just refuses to accept that they did in fact leave legally. Cheers, RickO
