i hate 'em both... wish they'd knock each other out to be honest... but i have to agree, i am sure Tyson will kick his a$$... Lewis is a joke... i can't wait til the fight though... sh!t, i can't wait til the next heavyweight fight where hopefully we'll have 2 REAL fighters...
Lewis is a joke? The man is best heavy weight out there. Who do you want to see fight Lewis? Can you even name a heavyweight that Lewis has not beaten yet? Boxing is in a sorry state is Mike Tyson is their biggest draw. And I predict Tyson does something crazy to disqualify himself. Tyson is scared of Lewis and has even said " I'm not ready to fight Lewis, I need 2 or 3 more fights before I fight Lewis." Lewis is not afraid of Tyson. This should be Tyson's last hoorah.

* - Lewis' bout with Ruddock was a title eliminator. Lewis was awarded the belt when Riddick Bowe surrendered the title in December.
I watched most of the fights from 1991 to date. Lewis lost those 2 fights because he has no defense. Uses the jab and leaves himself wide open.

Now during this entire process, Lewis has been dodging Tyson. This fight is happening because if Lewis doesn't fight Tyson by the June 8th deadline, he will have to forefeit one of his belts since Tyson is the #1 contender in the WBC/WBA.
If Lewis knocks out Tyson, he will gain my full respect. Until then, Lewis is a paper champion.
Auto- The key word in my post is TODAY. Not yesterday or 10 years ago. Today. Tyson may have been the best boxer is the world 10 years ago but TODAY it's Lewis. Tyson has not fought anyone worthwhile in the last 5 years. He is not ready to fight Lewis and has even said so himself. The fight will solve all answers, including the question of "Is this Tyson's last big fight" If he does what I think he will his career will be over. He was the best boxer in the world, now he's just an uncaged freak show. Should be a good fight assuming Tyson waits till the later rounds to DQ himself.

Well I got the info on the PPV price it's gonna be $54.95 so I'm hoping Iron Mike don't knock lewis out in the 1st round...
Lweis is Taller and has a longer reach than Tyson,But Tyson's upper body strength is incredible and I don't think Lewis can take Tyson's uppercut's...
Theres a good article in the new SI about Tyson...But even more interesting in the front of the magazine theres a short interview with George Foreman about tyson/Lewis...They asked George who he thought would win..He said Tyson by a knockout in 4 rounds..They then asked Foreman how many rounds it would take Foreman to knock out Lewis,He said "2"....Lol
Lewis is a joke... exactly like autobilia said... WHO THE HELL HAS HE FAUGHT?!?!
answer is simple -nobody... Lewis cannot win against respected fighters... (haha, not that Tyson is too respected, but u know what i mean)...
to tell u the truth, NOBODY really knows who will win until the fight actually happens... we can all sit here and fight and predict, but it means nothing until June 8... i believe Tyson will win, and rather very easily, but once again, it's my opinion...
Theres also 2 other interesting quotes in that Tyson article...One which he told a group of reporters at a press conference "I wish you all had children so I could smash their heads and stomp on their testicles,so they could see how it feels to be F**ked over the way you guys do me"....And the other he said to a female reprter from CNN it was "I usually don't talk to women press unless I fornicate with them first so you should stop talking to me ,unless you want to ,you know"..
Lmao, win ,lose or draw it's gonna be interesting thats for sure
wassup wassup Mike... how's it been man???... long time no talk... glad to see you're still lurking around these boards... maybe we can get back to our oldselves and stir up some trouble!!!!
Both of these guys are a joke!!! Niether one of them deserve to be in a boxing ring. They should get together with Vince McMahon & the WWE because that is about the level they belong at. Tyson belongs in jail & Lewis shouldn't be allowed out of London. Heavyweights! The only thing heavyweight about either one of these clowns is the BS that spews out of thier foul mouths. They couldn't carry the jockstrap of any true heavyweight to ever enter a ring;such as Joe Louis, Ali, Rocky Marciano & so many many more when boxing was a true sport & not a circus which is all it is now.

i think lewis's height and reach will give tyson a problem but thats not to say that tyson won't have opportunities to land some heavy shots. obviously tyson in his prime would have a much better chance but lewis has shown a weak chin in other fights so who knows. but since i don't respect a man who has to bite his opponent ( holyfield/lewis during press conference ) i have to root for lennox

You make it seem like Tyson bites every opponent. Tyson has had 5 fights since the Holyfield incident. A man makes 1 mistake in the ring and he is automatically a freak show? That's just like saying someone who doesn't send a card on the agreed date in a trade is a liar. And the reason Tyson hasn't fought anyone worth while is because he didn't having a boxing license. Tyson fought whoever was available. How many people have Lewis fought that actually "quit" on their free will? That's what happened in the Tyson vs. Golota fight. Tyson knocked him down with his signature punch to the body then hook to the head. Lewis has been dodging Tyson for years which is why this is the most money ever made in fight history. Until Lewis beat Tyson, he is and always will be a paper champion. He fights a bunch of old men and nobodies.

hehe Tyson is use to fighting taller people with longer arm reach. He goes under or around the jab.

hehe that goes right over people's heads. They focus on the abusing children part when Tyson just means he wish the Press could feel his pain (being on the inside looking out instead of the other way around).
i think biting 2 different fighters is enough don't ya think. sorry i just don't respect a man that bites another man. not the kind of tactics i grew up on. just my opinion though

I have definately lost what little respect I had for you. The way you talk, you must live down the street from Mr. Rogers (in Mr. Rogers Neighborhood).

Tyson has never had that problem before and his height and arm reach has been shorter than most opponents.
<< <i>i think biting 2 different fighters is enough don't ya think. sorry i just don't respect a man that bites another man. not the kind of tactics i grew up on. just my opinion though >>
What 2? I only know of Holyfield. Lewis said Tyson bit him, but why haven't anyone seen the bite mark? Why wasn't charges brought up? That entire press conference was staged. Don't let that media hype fool you. If Lewis was actually biten, you better believe he would have shown it on TV. Plus Lewis would have needed a Tetanus shot. Use common sense man.
hey auto i think the height will cause tyson less of a problem than the reach. if lewis keeps a hard jab out there it could be a long night for tyson. thats something that buster douglas used to much success. i hope it lives up to the hype which very few do. can't wait though

Tyson knows he can beat Lewis. He said in his interview on ESPN that the only reason those fighters were/are champions is because he was locked away.

Tyson lost to Buster Douglas because his mind wasn't all there. Robin Givens screwed his mind up. Arm reach doesn't affect Tyson. Lewis has NO defense and leaves himself wide open. If he misses a jab, his body and face is wide open. Both times he got knocked out, his arms were down. If you look at any of Lewis' fights, he always keeps his arms down. He does that with Tyson, he will be out like overdosing on NightQuil.
<< <i>auto i don't always believe what i hear but it did come from tyson's own mouth in a recent interview. didn't have to use common sense, just my ears >>
Which interview? All of them are on internet. I will gladly look them up.
lol. r u calling me a liar. to be honest with you i don't remember where i got the info from. im not the type of person to make something up to prove a point, but i am the kind of person that would forget where he heard it from. it was recently though. within last couple weeks. maybe someone else will remember hearing of it

Did you see me calling you a liar? I just don't take people's word for anything. Dunno if you are old enough to go to college or not, but the first thing you will learn in English class is "question knowledge". Never take a person's word for it. Always research it for yourself to make sure what is given to you is true.
LEWIS WILL WIN! Tyson is a moron......he may have the more powerfull punches, but he is to full of anger and it will get the best of him again. Does anyone know the vegas odds???? Auto you seem like a bright guy, but the guy is a criminal and should be in jail as we speak, I don't understand how someone can root for this guy. What the he11 is wrong with people!
auto, i found about tyson admitting biting lewis........then taking it back.. go to espn's webpage and go to their boxing page. theres a small pic of tyson there. to the left of that pic you'll see " sunday conversation " . click on that and theres an article there. to the left of that article outlined in blue is the article about tyson admitting to biting lewis . sorry haven't learned how to post links
LMAO @ Mr. Rogers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (so true, so true)
anyways, autobilia, u know how i feel about you boy Tyson... and i don't feel like arguing anymore about it (lol), but KOBEcollector is correct... i also remember Tyson admitting to biting Lewis' leg... i would think Tyson is crazy regardless, but i swear i'm not just saying this to help my argument of Tyson is a lunatic... i really do remember something on ESPN about him admitting it...
anyways, i know u will reply to this and have fun doing it, but Tyson needs serious help man... i understand u are a fan, but c'mon man, that sh!t he says on TV about little kids and women, that's just not right... he goes WAY too far and he REALLY needs medical care... he may have been a great boxer, but all his actions in his personal (yes, personal) life have tarnished his image... u might disagree, but i guarntee u i can find 100 to 1 odds of people who agree with me over u... of course he will always have a die-hard fan out there like u, but he has seriously f^cked up his life... no, maybe he's not a "role-model", and no, he doesn't need to set an example to kids across the world... but the sh!t he does and says is beyond acceptable and understandable...
once again, yes he might have been a great boxer, but to me, his personal life does play a role in his image... i hate it when people say keep their personal life out of it, because when i look at an athlete, i look at the whole picture... i RECOGNIZE their acheivements, but in the end, i will judge them by their character...
Lol, Bite,No Bite none of it matters..I dig Tyson regardless of his reputation..He is an athlete and an entertainer..I dig the whole spectacle of it all..Athletes are not thier to be role models for our children, Maybe Tyson has earned some of the negativity he gets,But certainly not all of it..I think he reacts the same way most of us would if we were publicly crucified at every turn..And at least you can honestly say theres no front with him,What you see is what you get..No apologies..
If I remember correctly not so long ago the president (Willy Clinton) was having rape charges and other lude sexual accusations leveled at him..Yet you dont see folks calling him an out of control sex fiend..At least not anymore...
There are no role models in the world today other than the 2 that concieved and brought you into it...Celebrities are for entertainment if you dont dig a certain celebrity,..Change the channel

criminal? He has already served his time. No offense, but some people are true idiots. People like you make criminals repeat criminals. If a person committ a crime, serve his time, and can't get a job because of his record... what is he going to do to survive and make money to live? They go back to their criminal ways because they will ALWAYS be accused in the present of their past. So, for now on, if someone do a trade and don't send when they suppose to, they are a rip off for life. (see how stupid that sounds).

Let me break this down realllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.
TYSON..............IS.................NOT......................A..............ROLE................MODEL.....................AND.................IS..................NOT...................INTENDED......................TO...................BE. I could care less what Tyson does outside the ring. I don't pay to see Tyson interviews. I only pay to see Tyson fight in the ring. He made 1 mistake in the ring and served his suspension and still no license in LasVegas. He has had 5 successful fights since then. And last time I checked, this country has an amendent called "Freedom of Speech" and if the media airs what he says, then it's the media to blame, not Tyson.
I would love nothing more than to see Tyson recapture the championship despite all of his problems. I also think he still has all the tools to beat Lewis, as Lewis, IMO, was champ only because of lack of competition in the division. I know this is a moot point, but does anybody think that Lewis could have beat Tyson his prime? I doubt there is anyone out there who thinks that. I just hope Iron Mike can pull it together for one last hurrah...
By the way - Lennox sends us all to sleep, and a half-good Tyson will beat him any day of the week. We all know Lennox can't take a punch, he can't roughen up Tyson, and more importantly Tyson isn't scared of him. He may be a better all round boxer, but being that good is the preserve of the middleweights. For the heavyweights, punching power counts, and that's where Lennox fails.
Bite, bite, bite, bite, oooops I mean fight, fight, fight, fight Hehehehe
I collect Yankees (especially Derek Jeter) and autographed sports memorabilia from any sports. Will pay cash or trade. Refs. Jason, CoachVinny, Colt, Baird34,DpSports,CardnYou, Ryano and many many more
auto, did any1 really believe michael spinks was a true heavyweight. i knew that fight was a joke before it started and it didn't take to long to prove i was right
lol... i was expecting a reply similar to that one... i'll reiterate myself once again from a quote from my previous post - "no, maybe he's not a "role-model", and no, he doesn't need to set an example to kids across the world..."
that was what i said so calm down and don't get so defensive... now, i understand what u are saying, but i don't agree with it... yes, in the ring Tyson has done some amazing things... but to me (TO ME TO ME TO ME TO ME TO ME), his complete image has been tarnished by everything outside the ring... and yes to me, outside of the DOES matter... maybe it means nothing to u, but to ME, it means a lot... i am sure alot of other people feel the same way... now, i agree with what u said about giving people a 2nd chance, but c'mon, how many chances has Tyson had?... i mean he keeps f^cking up... u would think he would have learned from just ONE of his many mistakes, but the man hasn't... that's my point... people can only forgive and forget so much, and he's used up all his lifelines... and yes he does use freedom of speech, but that doesn't mean people cannot judge him... he makes the comments he makes and he does the actions he does and expects people not to have a certain opinion of him?... well, sorry but that's too f^cking bad... of course Tyson was a GREAT boxer in his prime, prolly one of the best... and i respect what he has accomplished over his career, but other than that, i think he's a piece of sh!t... u might like him and that's fine autobilia... i understand your reasons why and really could care less if u like him or not... but if i respect your reasons for liking him, u need to respect my reasons for not liking him... it works both ways... ya dig?!
I don't understand why people even worry about it anymore. I mean, I could CARE LESS what he does in his personal life. That's his poragotive...and what he chooses is all on him. The only that truly matters to me is his in-ring abilities. All I want is for him to continue to kick people's a**es in the ring, and I'm happy.
lol... i don't "worry" about it... not like i lose sleep over it or anything... just when someone says, what do u think of Mike Tyson?... i'll reply with, ithink he's a piece of sh!t... i just don't like him and i have plenty of reasons... i am sure u and alot of other people don't like someone for a reason...
what if it was someone close to u that he allegedly raped... or what if u were the reporter who he said to eat his a$$ or f^ck their children... or what if u knew the woman he told he would "fornicate"... that sh!t is just plain sick... but would u still say it's his "personal life" and u don't care?... i highly doubt it... but just because u don't know the person it makes it ok... well i don't believe that... what if osama bin laden was the greatest baseball player ever to play the sport?... would u like him too?... would his personal life "not matter?"... i mean u gotta think about it... i'm not tryin to compare Tyson to Bin Laden, but i am drawing a parallel... think about it...
Too many "what if's" to keep up with. What if this, what if that...well it didn't! He tells the media that he's going to eat their children because it's a JOKE! Everyone takes him so seriously. You actually think he's going to go up and EAT their children? I don't think so. I also don't believe that he raped that woman. She was SO fake at the press conference that it was just lame. There's so many things to show that he DIDN'T rape the woman...I'm sure autobilia has brought out many of those reasons in the same discussion about Mike Tyson...but I could care less. All I care about is that Tyson continue to beat the hell outta people in the ring...and whatever else he does is his problem.
lol... Derrick, my good friend... listen to me... it doesn't have to be "what if's"... u are just missing my point... u completely ignored my point about Bin Laden... it's a parallel... i mean what do u think of Rae Carruth?... do u respect that man?...
and u think Tyson was "joking"... LMAO... wtf kind of joke is that?!... was it supposed to be funny?... maybe i completely missed it... i just don't understand why people make excuses for him... yes, i take Tyson seriously because that's what he wants, said from his own mouth... have u ever seen an interview?... he gets p!ssed when people DON'T take him seriously... lol... a man that insane needs to be taken seriously...
and u think the woman at the press conference was lying?... and because she LOOKED fake?... perception is not reality my friend, and ya never really know if she was telling the truth or not by just looking at her... maybe she was lying, maybe she wasn't... i could care less if he raped any woman, the sh!t he said on TV was beyond crazy enough for me... and if that's what he jokes about to the public, then that's sick and he does need help... poor guy has had a real tough life... he's filthy rich and controls everything he wants... is it the world's fault he made bad decisions?... no it's not... he need to grow up and accept some respnsibility...
once again, in MY opinion, i think he's a piece of sh!t...
well in THAT case, i think Tyson will win the fight... like i said before, i'd like to see 'em knock each other the f^ck out... unfortunately, i doubt that will happen...
<< <i>lol... Derrick, my good friend... listen to me... it doesn't have to be "what if's"... u are just missing my point... u completely ignored my point about Bin Laden... it's a parallel... i mean what do u think of Rae Carruth?... do u respect that man?...

Bin Laden had people killed. Rae Carruth had someone killed. Who has Mike Tyson kill or have someone killed? You can't put him in that category. Tyson is free to say anything he wants to. Why isn't anyone criticizing the media for airing it? If the media didn't air it, we would never have known what he said. No one ever criticize the media, but side with them. The media is 10x worse than Tyson if you think about it. The report for ratings, not for the full truth. That's why you hear more negative news than positive. Positive news don't sell papers and make people watch.
A piec of sh1t just because he expresses what he wants too? And you seriously can't believe what he says he'll do, he'll go out and actually DO. I mean, THINK ABOUT THAT! The guy uses mind games to get into people's heads. And, it's usually the MEDIA who fall for it because they are stupid anyway. The media plain out sucks.
Is because of the masses having this sort of slack-jawed, comatose attitude about news gathering.
It doesn't matter what topic is being reported on, it should be done meticulously and with as little bias as possible. Assumptions can cause too much damage to innocent parties.
They have a term for the sort of wishy washy reporting...yellow journalism.
i was waiting for that "murder" thing to be brought up... i knew it would be u autobilia... lol... anyways, ONCE AGAIN, LIKE I SAID BEFORE, i'm not putting him the same category... i am simply drawing a parallel... big big difference... i understand Tyson has never murdered anyone (or at least been caught, ), but it's the same image... he puts out a negative image... and because of that we are supposed to respect him as a person?... i recognize his accomplishments in the ring and acknowledge his career as a good thing, but image is everything (Sprite), and he portrays a HORRIBLE image... it might not matter to u, which is fine, but it matters to me and a lot of other people...
and don't blame the media... yes, the media sucks at times, but it's funny because, just like me and everyone else, u watch the same media... they have a job to do and they get paid to do it, so let them do it... they might not always be the nicest of people or always report the news that people want them too, but they do their job... and before u criticize them, criticize yourself for being a hypocrite... because u help to sell the papers and u help to get high ratings - just like me, just like Derrick, and just like everyone else in this world... maybe not EVERYTHING they say is 100% accurate, and maybe it's true that negtive news is better than positive news, but that's life...
Tyson is free to say what he wants, and i am free to criticize him... don't expect me to agree with what he says or does, because i don't... u have your opinion and i have mine, what's the problem with that?

Lweis is Taller and has a longer reach than Tyson,But Tyson's upper body strength is incredible and I don't think Lewis can take Tyson's uppercut's...
Theres a good article in the new SI about Tyson...But even more interesting in the front of the magazine theres a short interview with George Foreman about tyson/Lewis...They asked George who he thought would win..He said Tyson by a knockout in 4 rounds..They then asked Foreman how many rounds it would take Foreman to knock out Lewis,He said "2"....Lol
answer is simple -nobody...
Tyson belongs in jail & Lewis shouldn't be allowed out of London.
Heavyweights! The only thing heavyweight about either one of these clowns is the BS that spews out of thier foul mouths.
They couldn't carry the jockstrap of any true heavyweight to ever enter a ring;such as Joe Louis, Ali, Rocky Marciano & so many many more when boxing was a true sport & not a circus which is all it is now.

<< <i>Well I got the info on the PPV price it's gonna be $54.95 so I'm hoping Iron Mike don't knock lewis out in the 1st round...

hehe Tyson is use to fighting taller people with longer arm reach. He goes under or around the jab.
<< <i>Lol, what up Thito....

hehe that goes right over people's heads. They focus on the abusing children part when Tyson just means he wish the Press could feel his pain (being on the inside looking out instead of the other way around).
<< <i>Both of these guys are a joke!!! Niether one of them deserve to be in a boxing ring. They should get together with Vince McMahon & the WWE because that is about the level they belong at.

I have definately lost what little respect I had for you. The way you talk, you must live down the street from Mr. Rogers (in Mr. Rogers Neighborhood).
<< <i>i think lewis's height and reach will give tyson a problem but thats not to say that tyson won't have opportunities to land some heavy shots. obviously tyson in his prime would have a much better chance but lewis has shown a weak chin in other fights so who knows. but since i don't respect a man who has to bite his opponent ( holyfield/lewis during press conference ) i have to root for lennox >>
<< <i>Lewis is a joke? The man is best heavy weight out there. Who do you want to see fight Lewis? Can you even name a heavyweight that Lewis has not beaten yet? Tyson knows he can beat Lewis. He said in his interview on ESPN that the only reason those fighters were/are champions is because he was locked away.
<< <i>hey auto i think the height will cause tyson less of a problem than the reach. if lewis keeps a hard jab out there it could be a long night for tyson. thats something that buster douglas used to much success. i hope it lives up to the hype which very few do. can't wait though >>
<< <i>lol. r u calling me a liar. to be honest with you i don't remember where i got the info from. im not the type of person to make something up to prove a point, but i am the kind of person that would forget where he heard it from. it was recently though. within last couple weeks. maybe someone else will remember hearing of it >>
Did you see me calling you a liar? I just don't take people's word for anything. Dunno if you are old enough to go to college or not, but the first thing you will learn in English class is "question knowledge". Never take a person's word for it. Always research it for yourself to make sure what is given to you is true.
<< <i>auto, i was jokin about the lying thing. dont take me serious . and being 32 and goin on 40 i wish i was young enough to go back to college. >>
I honestly don't believe Tyson bit Lewis. I heard Lewis saying Tyson bit him, but yet no proof have surfaced and no charges have been filed.

anyways, autobilia, u know how i feel about you boy Tyson... and i don't feel like arguing anymore about it (lol), but KOBEcollector is correct... i also remember Tyson admitting to biting Lewis' leg... i would think Tyson is crazy regardless, but i swear i'm not just saying this to help my argument of Tyson is a lunatic... i really do remember something on ESPN about him admitting it...
anyways, i know u will reply to this and have fun doing it, but Tyson needs serious help man... i understand u are a fan, but c'mon man, that sh!t he says on TV about little kids and women, that's just not right... he goes WAY too far and he REALLY needs medical care... he may have been a great boxer, but all his actions in his personal (yes, personal) life have tarnished his image... u might disagree, but i guarntee u i can find 100 to 1 odds of people who agree with me over u... of course he will always have a die-hard fan out there like u, but he has seriously f^cked up his life... no, maybe he's not a "role-model", and no, he doesn't need to set an example to kids across the world... but the sh!t he does and says is beyond acceptable and understandable...
once again, yes he might have been a great boxer, but to me, his personal life does play a role in his image... i hate it when people say keep their personal life out of it, because when i look at an athlete, i look at the whole picture... i RECOGNIZE their acheivements, but in the end, i will judge them by their character...
once again, just MY opinion...
<< <i>LEWIS WILL WIN! What the he11 is wrong with people! >>
<< <i>LMAO @ Mr. Rogers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (so true, so true)

anyways, i know u will reply to this and have fun doing it, but Tyson needs serious help man... i understand u are a fan, but c'mon man, that sh!t he says on TV about little kids and women, that's just not right... he goes WAY too far and he REALLY needs medical care... he may have been a great boxer, but all his actions in his personal (yes, personal) life have tarnished his image... u might disagree, but i guarntee u i can find 100 to 1 odds of people who agree with me over u... of course he will always have a die-hard fan out there like u, but he has seriously f^cked up his life... no, maybe he's not a "role-model", and no, he doesn't need to set an example to kids across the world... but the sh!t he does and says is beyond acceptable and understandable...
once again, yes he might have been a great boxer, but to me, his personal life does play a role in his image... i hate it when people say keep their personal life out of it, because when i look at an athlete, i look at the whole picture... i RECOGNIZE their acheivements, but in the end, i will judge them by their character...
once again, just MY opinion... >>
Let me break this down realllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.
TYSON..............IS.................NOT......................A..............ROLE................MODEL.....................AND.................IS..................NOT...................INTENDED......................TO...................BE. I could care less what Tyson does outside the ring. I don't pay to see Tyson interviews. I only pay to see Tyson fight in the ring. He made 1 mistake in the ring and served his suspension and still no license in LasVegas. He has had 5 successful fights since then. And last time I checked, this country has an amendent called "Freedom of Speech" and if the media airs what he says, then it's the media to blame, not Tyson.

that was what i said so calm down and don't get so defensive... now, i understand what u are saying, but i don't agree with it... yes, in the ring Tyson has done some amazing things... but to me (TO ME TO ME TO ME TO ME TO ME), his complete image has been tarnished by everything outside the ring... and yes to me, outside of the DOES matter... maybe it means nothing to u, but to ME, it means a lot... i am sure alot of other people feel the same way... now, i agree with what u said about giving people a 2nd chance, but c'mon, how many chances has Tyson had?... i mean he keeps f^cking up... u would think he would have learned from just ONE of his many mistakes, but the man hasn't... that's my point... people can only forgive and forget so much, and he's used up all his lifelines... and yes he does use freedom of speech, but that doesn't mean people cannot judge him... he makes the comments he makes and he does the actions he does and expects people not to have a certain opinion of him?... well, sorry but that's too f^cking bad... of course Tyson was a GREAT boxer in his prime, prolly one of the best... and i respect what he has accomplished over his career, but other than that, i think he's a piece of sh!t... u might like him and that's fine autobilia... i understand your reasons why and really could care less if u like him or not... but if i respect your reasons for liking him, u need to respect my reasons for not liking him... it works both ways... ya dig?!
GO TYSON!
what if it was someone close to u that he allegedly raped... or what if u were the reporter who he said to eat his a$$ or f^ck their children... or what if u knew the woman he told he would "fornicate"... that sh!t is just plain sick... but would u still say it's his "personal life" and u don't care?... i highly doubt it... but just because u don't know the person it makes it ok... well i don't believe that... what if osama bin laden was the greatest baseball player ever to play the sport?... would u like him too?... would his personal life "not matter?"... i mean u gotta think about it... i'm not tryin to compare Tyson to Bin Laden, but i am drawing a parallel... think about it...
and u think Tyson was "joking"... LMAO... wtf kind of joke is that?!... was it supposed to be funny?... maybe i completely missed it... i just don't understand why people make excuses for him... yes, i take Tyson seriously because that's what he wants, said from his own mouth... have u ever seen an interview?... he gets p!ssed when people DON'T take him seriously... lol... a man that insane needs to be taken seriously...
and u think the woman at the press conference was lying?... and because she LOOKED fake?... perception is not reality my friend, and ya never really know if she was telling the truth or not by just looking at her... maybe she was lying, maybe she wasn't... i could care less if he raped any woman, the sh!t he said on TV was beyond crazy enough for me... and if that's what he jokes about to the public, then that's sick and he does need help... poor guy has had a real tough life... he's filthy rich and controls everything he wants... is it the world's fault he made bad decisions?... no it's not... he need to grow up and accept some respnsibility...
once again, in MY opinion, i think he's a piece of sh!t...
<< <i>lol... Derrick, my good friend... listen to me... it doesn't have to be "what if's"... u are just missing my point... u completely ignored my point about Bin Laden... it's a parallel... i mean what do u think of Rae Carruth?... do u respect that man?...
and u think Tyson was "joking"... LMAO... wtf kind of joke is that?!... was it supposed to be funny?... maybe i completely missed it... i just don't understand why people make excuses for him... yes, i take Tyson seriously because that's what he wants, said from his own mouth... have u ever seen an interview?... he gets p!ssed when people DON'T take him seriously... lol... a man that insane needs to be taken seriously...

Is because of the masses having this sort of slack-jawed, comatose attitude about news gathering.
It doesn't matter what topic is being reported on, it should be done meticulously and with as little bias as possible. Assumptions can cause too much damage to innocent parties.
They have a term for the sort of wishy washy reporting...yellow journalism.
and don't blame the media... yes, the media sucks at times, but it's funny because, just like me and everyone else, u watch the same media... they have a job to do and they get paid to do it, so let them do it... they might not always be the nicest of people or always report the news that people want them too, but they do their job... and before u criticize them, criticize yourself for being a hypocrite... because u help to sell the papers and u help to get high ratings - just like me, just like Derrick, and just like everyone else in this world... maybe not EVERYTHING they say is 100% accurate, and maybe it's true that negtive news is better than positive news, but that's life...
Tyson is free to say what he wants, and i am free to criticize him... don't expect me to agree with what he says or does, because i don't... u have your opinion and i have mine, what's the problem with that?
<< <i>A piec of sh1t just because he expresses what he wants too? >>
yes
