I've bumped playoff teams from 6 to 8, and moved the playoffs ahead a week.
I'm going to finalize roster size tonight. I'm planning to reduce BN and P (general P) by 1. I think keeping the DL at 2 is prudent. I'm also planning to add an NA slot, for prospect stashing.
I think more playoff teams, and a deeper playoff pool should help to keep people engaged. If there are strenuous objections, please let me know ASAP.
There's also an option under player changes for "Daily - Today" and "Daily - Tomorrow." Tomorrow is the default, but I think Today is instantaneous changes. Any objections to doing Today? Can any seasoned fantasy baseballers tell us why Today is a bad idea?
8 teams should definitely keep teams with poorer record engaged, but you're going to see teams below .500 in the playoffs.
Daily-today is what I recall we were using last year in that changes could be made right up until game time. I agree that is definitely the way to go, as lineups can change the day of, and owners should have the ability to adjust lineups on same day, imo.

I had No. 3 pick overall last year and drafted Braun, but still won the championship.

Looks like it's me and you, Mathew, for all the marbles!
Hoping I have one more week of magic left to repeat as champ.
Good luck!

Congrats, Mathew on winning the championship~I thought I had it there for a moment, but your team responded with a late HR when it counted most.
Second place isn't too bad, I guess~but I'll be back next season!

I've sent invites to the three people that requested them - none have signed up yet.

I agree on the playoffs - but since we had engagement issue last year, I'd like to try to head that off.
