Question about possible find in proof set

My wife had a scrapbook retreat weekend in Mystic this past weekend so I kept myself busy visiting B&M stores and antique malls. I came across a 1968 proof set for $7 and the half had an interesting reverse. I tried to attach a couple of pictures, but I think it is fs-801. Opinions?

I'm not familiar with the variety you referenced, but I'd agree with Ricko that it looked like machine doubling to me.
