Only cashed in the last of my mined bitcoin, (.4 to be exact) on some ASE's just to close the book on that ride. Now that few places take btc anymore and it's gone from $750/btc when I started mining to $200 now I'll say it was a profitable venture and a good learning experience. Reselling the equipment was a winner too.

Why would anyone want to break the seals unless they intend to resell them by the roll or individually? It's not like you don't already know what an ASE looks like. Also, if it's sealed, it'll be easier to sell because a buyer can safely assume that someone hasn't already picked through them to remove the MS70's for slabbing.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

unless opened by a TPG and certified with the (S), they are the same as the West Point issue. Only the sealing strap distinguishes between the two mints.
