Submitting unopend packs to OPC...best way to seal and ship?

I'm sending some packs off to Tom at OPC. This is the first time for me to do this. Does anyone have good suggestions on how to package these and send them off? Thanks.

BBCE has sent me single packs that are placed between two semi-rigid card holders and sealed inside a team set bag. This seems pretty effective. Just surround the stack of packs with bubble wrap and peanuts. Always give at least one inch, preferable two, in space from all box corners in the even of a corner getting crushed.

  • So you wouldn't put them in a padded envelope to send? I didn't think about a box.

Chris, the box sounds like a good idea, but why not double check with Tom?

I would definitely not place packs in a padded envelope. A box is cheaper than a padded envelope and costs just a little more to ship.

Wrap the packs in flat shipping paper.

Use a USPS Priority Mail padded envelope.

Cut off the ends (at the red bar) to make a perfect fit.

Roll wrapped packs in the cut mailer.

Tape ends, slide in a Priority Flat Rate or Priority (non-flat rate) box.

Put box into another Priority padded envelope.
