How do you view your collection while at a show, at work or traveling? (For those who hate Photobuck

Hi All,
I've been struggling with these questions lately, so I built a tool to solve them.
I’d like to present Collectivecoin.com. I created it as a way to easily view, note and display a collection online, from anywhere.
A few forum members have been graciously helping me test it, and it’s finally at a point where I’d like to offer it up to a wider audience.
Using Collectivecoin, you will always have your collection available, even if the coins need to stay in the SDB:
You can:
• Easily load and display coins in your collection, with thumbnails, full-size photos and gallery viewing.
• Keep public and private notes on your coins.
• Use the searchbar to find what you’re interested in.
• Drag-and-drop to sort your collection just as you’d like.
• Link coin photos to the boards. Same as Photobucket, but without all the ads and junk videos.
• Have your collection and notes at your fingertips during shows (like FUN!).
• Message other members easily.
There are some pretty spectacular coins to browse through already, and it’s growing. So welcome! If this could be a useful tool for you, please create a profile and have at it. I’d love to hear any comments or feedback you might have. There are already some cool updates in the pipeline based on members’ recommendations. (infinite scroll, view counts, and more)
Thanks to everyone that has loaded coins and helped me test it so far:
Lkeigwin, Bustcuds, sch1man, busthalfbrian, elmerfusterpuck, erwindoc, eastoncollection, ginjamax, bajjerfan, rhedden, eagleguy and Stone. Thanks guys!
My username on Collectivecoin is also Scubafuel, so feel free to check out my bust quarter collection or shoot me a message. Please see below for some quick screenshots from the site:
Homepage: Click "browse around" to see member's coins.

Collection page: Drag/Drop to re-order coins.

Coin Loading page: Here you can add info, descriptions, and notes that only you can see.

Enjoy! Matt (Scubafuel)

Without having dug too deep yet, can you add medals as well, or just coins?

Rainbow Stars
Anything else (denomination, etc) can just be skipped if it does not apply.

In the Browse view, I think it would help to align the photos at the bottom of the row, so that they are close to their caption.
(At present, they are aligned at the top, which makes them closer to the caption for the coin in the previous row).
I like it....
Have you thought about adding social media buttons so folks can share the photos?

This set was put together on a very tight budget (and apologies for the suboptimal pics), but I like the overall look.
Now I'm starting to work on an upgraded set that I hope might one day be something close to Scubafuel's!

Crypto79 and Cameonut, those are awesome sets!
<< <i>Hi yosclimber, I'm now working on realigning the rectangular, dual-sided coin photos as you suggested, thanks. I had originally thought most people would load obverse and reverse separately, similar to dealer's inventory. But it seems like the two in one pics are really popular as well.

Yeh, it's more intelligent and efficient to align obv and rev photo's side-by-side. Allows the viewer to see both sides of the coin with the least amount of effort.
I've gotten some messages about using Collectivecoin to post coins to the boards. It's great for that. People can use it the same way as photobucket, totally free, but without any of the popups, videos or ads.
Click on any photo you've loaded, and you'll see a blue link at the bottom called "Forum". Clicking "Forum" copies the IMG code directly to your clipboard, so you can paste it into a post.
Here's one for demonstration! From David Kahn:
Only photos are in the online store.
An idea- when you get some critical mass how about starting an option for members to post inventory and sell (with a reasonable commission and set of rules)? It could be an income stream to support the site! Us small guys need an alternative to eBay (where only serious collectors shop)!

I've also made some tweaks to make the site look better on the iphone (which is what I have, but if anyone surfs on android, please let me know how it works)
I'll continue to upgrade the mobile version, which should make CollectiveCoin more flexible for the bourse-floor. Man I wish I was headed to FUN in a few days, like some of you guys.
I'm going to do everything possible to make it to Long Beach.

It looks great now - nice work. Always nice easily see which caption belongs to the photo.
Wow, many forum members have their coin photos up. The 3 levels of zoom are a good choice, too.
I've added infinite scrolling to the front page, so now you can easily browse all members coins. Search functionality is up as well.
This has been a lot of fun so far!

As always, everyone let me know if you think of additional functions you'd like to have.
