These sellers annoy me as they fail to mention that it is a card with a qualifier. That said it is around $8,000.00 overpriced. I believe a PSA card with a qualifier usually docks the weight of a card down two grades making this about a PSA 7 which sells on eBay for around $1,700.00. Charlie Hustle

Speaking of a hustle, this tool sold his 8 (MC) Milton Bradley Ryan as if it were really an 8. His listing said the previous sale of an 8 was $7,450+. He failed to mention that near the same time, the previous recorded sale of an 8 (MC) was $899. I had messaged him about it before it sold, but that was of course ignored.

Link I can understand either a high starting bid or a reserve, but I think this is the first time I've seen both used in the same listing. No name grader and looks like the card would be lucky to get a PSA2 so the starting bid alone is 4x what it could sell for on a good day.

There was a mini card show or sorts - in one place on the main street - very nice people - wasn't in the mood to shop - saw some good stuff.
I was first attracted to an SGC graded T3 but on close look - thought it was over-graded.
Looking forward to the National in a few days!
I'm at Niagara Falls today - headed to the Rock n Roll HOF tomorrow.
Thanks,

Wanted to add for those not hitting the links, these Ryan & Rose examples are from the same seller. He's just a deltabravo fishing for suckers.

<< <i>I'm not even sure who this guy is: Tim Thomas I'm guessing this probably isn't worth more than a couple hundred at most. >>
Tim Thomas, you mean Mr. I'm-so-far-Right-I-won't-visit-the-White-House-occupied-by-a-Communist? Don't know him? Huh. >>
No, didn't know that was him. Now I want his autograph, but still not at that price >>
Bruins fans certainly know Tim Thomas as he was pretty much the single reason why they won the cup a few years back.
Friggen guy was electric in goal for the B's during the 2011 Championship run.....and then his career went downhill never to be heard from again.
Anyhow, bringing this back to topic.....
Here are a few:
Diamond Anniversary
Same seller has a Cognac version that is a bit high as well.
Same seller also has a Target Red version that is a bit high as well.
Different seller, base card:

I am all for speculation as those cards should eventually be a bargain at those prices - however - this isn't 2035.

Here is a card that sold for $105 about a week and a half ago and was immediately listed by the buyer at a lofty $3,500.00.
Here's a guy with three cards and only seven hours left!
