How long can the 2013 gold spouse coins be sold by the US Mint?

I thought they could no longer be sold in 2015, due to wording in the legislation. However, looking on January 1st I see they are still up for sale. Also, they were not included in a 'last chance' category like they had in the past. Has new legislation allowed these to continue selling until supply is gone? Perhaps the web site is just not updated until after the Holidays?

The mint is waiting for children to be born that may like and then wish to purchase a few.
BST Transactions (as the seller): Collectall, GRANDAM, epcjimi1, wondercoin, jmski52, wheathoarder, jay1187, jdsueu, grote15, airplanenut, bigole
Since Carter did not kick off in 2014, the presidential and spouse series end with Ford the best I can tell. It takes an act of congress to restart.

I'm surprised that Reagan is not the last one.
It says no living & dead for 2 years
That precludes Carter as he's on deck, or would have been, in 2016.
Reagan qualifies but I think Carter is the stopper. Congress definitely is required to restart. That is in the law
