I see the seller has removed that token from eBay. Just as well, as he'd have a hard time selling it as described. image

Now there is a true visionary. He anticipated the Civil War by 20 years. image

Even if he calls it a Hard Times Token, which is what it is, it's going to be hard sell, even at $9.99. The reverse is pretty hacked up.

This just speaks to how little some people know about history. How can you miss the Civil War's history even if you never read about it in school. Duh

This post reminds me of a museum here in the city that has civil war tokens mixed in with the hard times tokens section of their display case. Maybe after the remodel they will catolog them currently. Lol
  • "Millions for Difference" ? Hey, I'm different!

This has only slightly expanded the Civil War era according to eBay..... Now it's covered from 1841 to 1899. It was a long hard war.

Successful BST deals with mustangt and jesbroken. Now EVERYTHING is for sale.

I thought all of the American history revisionists selling on eBay were located in the P.R.C. imageimage

If you want a surprise, the next time you go to a resturant just ask the server who won the civil war?

The answers you get will surprise you!
