My only graded hockey card and it's a "Great One"

Big thanks to Robert (Sportscardstop) for the great deal from BST on this Gretzky RC. I have been in the market to add one of these all year but I have waited as I couldn't decide between OPC or Topps. I still would really like an OPC 8 or a Topps 9 but in the meantime I couldn't pass up the deal on this one. Very sharp card in a new holder and delivered lightning fast. I haven't collected hockey cards since I was a teenager in the late 80's/early 90's (anyone else remember ripping 1990 Score & UD and 1991 OPC Premier?). I have a Patrick Roy RC from my teenage years that is spending time in Newport before hopefully finding its way back to me in a new slab in Blee's group sub. I haven't had a graded hockey card in years. I bought and sold a PSA 8 Lemieux Topps RC years ago but haven't bought a hockey card since that one. I would someday like to get 9's of the stars I grew up following: Yzerman, Roy, Lemieux, Hull, Messier, etc. For now, I am happy to have snagged this one.

    Congrats! Tremendous color and registration on that one. Gretzky is really sharp in that photo. Looks like it just saw light of day just recently.
    Always buying 1971 OPC Baseball packs.

    52-90 All Sports, Mostly Topps, Mostly HOF, and some assorted wax.

    Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

    A very nice looking 8 and congrats on adding it. I only have 2 graded hockey cards and will eventually add a Gretzky to my very small collection of hockey cards.
