    I'm not that familiar with these but if it sells for $23 he is not going to make any money.

    Does ali baba make fake koalas ? If so maybe this little treatment is a way to disguise that its not real. Putting fake gems and goofy paint on it pretty much guarantees no one that could tell if it was real would be bidding.
