    That many items to that many ebayers you're bound to not please everyone. I bet a lot of those are people who had buyers regret when spot price dropped a few cents after hitting the BIN and wanted a refund.

    One NEG was "Price kept jumping around a few cents during checkout". Really? A NEG for something they should have known what would happen if they would read the description? That would tick me off mucho mas.

    less then .05 % not bad at all. They doing real well with customer service considering the volume.

    I always have to wonder if customers are/were that snotty or sellers are doing apologetic damage control after the fact.

    I keep noticing that the majority of negative feedbacks are left by low-feedback users.

    The below is funny...how long did it take the buyer to complete the check out?!

    "The price kept changing by several cents during checking out process, very weird" Buyer: g***4 ( 54)
