I notice some ink bleed at the barcode and the 775 of the cert #. Buy the card not the bleed

Thanks, I guess my question was on quality control at PSA that they would slab a card with the ink still wet.

He is talking about the black from the printing streaking down the flip. You can see it better when you look at the zoom version.

Could that be a effect of the scanning and not on the flip??
