And these coins were all ??? graded coins. And PCGS assigns numbers to DNC coins. Why not submit to cross at any grade? Sounds like a waste of money to think every coin needs to cross at the grade it's in ....in another companies holder.
The more qualities observed in a coin, the more desirable that coin becomes!
