Good luck, I've had better luck letting the seller know it was a fake and the honest one's taking down the auctions than getting eBay to do anything on them.

I'll give it a try, but since in the description it says "..all monies go to aid a disabled veteran." I'm not too confident.

I asked him if he was sure it was real and he said:

yes I'm sure, why do you ask? Please don't bid though. I don't want to ship to Canada.

So I asked about the capital K on the back and he said:

not really sure? I'm not a dealer

Ask him to show a back scan of any graded one with the capital K.

I messaged the seller and said it was a counterfeit and explained why. No response. Doesn't look like he's taking it down voluntarily. So if you haven't reported it, please do.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't know before but he does now.

He did respond to me with this:

I appreciate that man. I really had no idea. I can't cancel them because eBay won't let me, but I'll be sure to refund the winner. I bought these years ago on eBay. It's a shame there is so much fake stuff out there. Thanks again.

I just told him both were fakes. This was the response I got about 2 min later...

As I am writing that he can cancel, I get another message immediately and it reads...
"Also, calm the f down dude. I had no clue until I started receiving emails a few hours ago. I realize you are taking out all of the other fake sh** out there on me, but I really didn't know. I can't cancel them now, but I will make it right. Go have a drink."

Then he writes again...
"Tell me how. It says because I have bids and it ends in less than 12 hrs I can't end the auction. Look at the listing dick, I even added they were bad. I'm not one of the many crooks on here and I don't appreciate the implication that I am. Call me. 419.296.4862"

I don't see where he added to the listing that they were bad??? I called him out on it and he called me every name in the book......
