clashed buffalo

not mine nor do i know seller....ebay item #351194317436

piss poor images but good enough

looking around ebay at 1913 buffalo's i saw this
one of the better examples of die clashing i've seen on a buffalo...i love that extra hoof or leg some would call it between his back 2 legs
i've never seen a more profound clash coming out his jaw too...speared in his chin he is
surely some examples could blow this away

so i thought i'd post it....while i do...i'd love to see some other buffalo die clashed examples that roam in the herd or still in the wild
could make for a sweet lil thread...die clashed buffalo's....bring um

    .
    pretty neat.

despite all my overlays, books and looking at buff clashes, i don't recall seeing them in all those areas.

I picked this 1913-s type 2 up recently and is also clashed up. Both obverse and reverse has heavy cashing. The obverse under the chin and in front of the Indian's face in the field and again below the feathers. On the reverse in front of the Buffalo's left rear leg. This is some of the heaviest clashing I've ever seen in these areas. Good to have ya back Ted.

I have a 1913-S Var 1 and a 1913 Var 2 with even more extreme clashing than the examples shown.

The clash seen on the temple is part of the "mask" clash.
