Thank you for your encouraging words. Yes, I totally know. Some I know are just ribbin me, which is fine. That's why I posted those cards.
I also know that some of these guys are extremely self-centered trolls. They've been coming at me ever since I joined on here. They're the reason that some have left this place. While at times they contribute, it always seems that they have an opinion to share when it comes to bullying the person posting. The world is full of people like that. Just how it works. I honestly feel sorry for them.

1983 Topps Jaws has 6 cards, 1 viewer and 1 stick of bubblegum and the bubblegum is wedged between two cards. Sometimes the bubblegum isn't there and sometimes a viewer is missing from the pack, but this is a Topps quality control issue and not evidence of searching.

Dan B. has been nothing but an extremely kind friend to me, so if you've got personal problems with him it's probably better to PM him than air your issues out in a thread.
Second, I have NOT left feedback for this seller as I got everything worked out over the weekend. The conclusion I've come to is that this seller is listing these packs as "new" (check the listing) and not even really looking at them. I now believe that they have not been searched, but are a Topps QC issue (as stated by Mullins). However, the seller doesn't seem to care enough to take the time and list it properly.
In the end, my money has been refunded, issue resolved. I said to the seller that whilie this stuff is cheap junk wax, it's not that great of an idea to list something as "New" if the cards are falling out of the package. I've waited till now to post this since I hadn't resolved the issue yet and didn't have all the details. I think in the future I'll wait to jump to conclusions till after I've done more research. And yes, I fell into the trap of I must be suspicious of everything since so many things are resealed. In the future I won't be as much. But I hope in the future that some of you will be a little less crappy about it too...geez.
With that said, if you guy's want to continue carrying this thread forward...it's all yours.

I just bought a 82 topps football cello with L.T. on top on eBay. When i received it the cello just didn't seem to hold the cards just right. As the L.T. was nicely centered i opened the pack. Amazing how gum dust made it to the top of the L.T. card. I have opened cellos for over 30 years...that was a first.

Zero evidence of tampering, and even so I wouldn't have worried too much about a $14 box as I pulled some great cards and had fun ripping.
