Kudos to Dave (70ToppsFanatic)

Just wanted to give a big shout out and thanks to Dave. I was the high bidder on an item he donated for the auction 2 weeks ago, and after finding out we're in the same city, he swung by my office this morning to hand deliver the item. Seems like a real nice guy.

Talk about personalized service image. Nice all the way around: auction for a worthy cause, you get an item you wanted, and got to meet a fellow board member to boot.

The real shout out is to all of the generous members of our community who stepped up to help Mike's kids and parents.

Thank you again for your kindness!

I am new to this board and was unbelievably impressed with everything surrounding the fundraiser. It is good to see people come together for a good cause. Unfortunately that is not something that happens everyday.

Baseball, it is said, is only a game. True. And the Grand Canyon is only a hole in Arizona.

Hopefully e-mails have been exchanged and you have been made aware that it could be awhile for whatever reason. One of your lots you donated
$125 and the other $40. Very generous offers on both.
