BHB: I'd suggest that you spend your grading dollars on another coin.
IMO, based on the contact marks on Miss Liberty's cheek, the coin is accurately graded as a very attractive lustrous MS-64.

Looks like the hits on the facial areas were to numerous for a 65 grade.
The reverse of the coin looks 66 IMO and I would keep it in the 64 holder.
