Early American Copper, Bust and Seated.
Too bad about the facial scratches.....Bottom line, beautiful Morgan $1
bob
But it does need the double C's
Your photos are also of excellent quality! -- They do a great job of capturing the surface luster, texture and details.

I hope for your sake I'm wrong because an MS 65 is valued about 10X the MS 64. Hit on rim and the facial chatter are my reasoning.

Nice images. My guess is genuine altered surfaces.

My first thought was 65.
64 on a bad day....
The hits on the posterior cheek are the only distraction.
Good luck!!!!

Hoard the keys.
Based on the grades I've seen in the last 10 years... 65.
Nice coin.
<< <i>64+
bob

+1
Pretty bummed I was really hoping to hit that spread. I thought this coin would 64+ at minimum.
I might have to give it another go...
I could have bet money on a 65. Sure there might be an extra hit for a 65 but luster more than makes up for it..... IMO
