Does the avatar option not appear for APPLE users?

I have never had a choice on my profile page. Only the option to use someone else's. I won't do that. I've heard that 1 day a month you are sometimes allowed to change, I've heard that everyday you are allowed to change......doesn't matter. I, for some reason, cannot add my own avatar.

Maybe someone could PM me and I'll give them my info and they could add an avatar for me?
The jokes on me though if someone else already has it.

For awhile it was all the time, but it doesn't appear to be there for me on my PC with IE either at the moment.

I take it the Develop menu is only there on "upload day"? Because I do not have that option right now.

I have failed in a recent attempt to upload for someone else.

I suggest finding someplace with a PC or using firefox for mac and doing it that way.... when they allow new uploads again.

It has to be enabled.
Safari->Preferences->Advanced Tab

Tick the box - "Show Develop Menu In Menu Bar".

Profit.

It will be to the right of bookmarks.

Now give it item specific name as you will have to find it after waiting till the 15th to upload it. Your user name+avatar usually keeps others from using it.
