For those who never get any eBay bucks bonus promotions

I used to not get any either. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is what you need to do to get them:
In eBay, click on the 'account' tab, select 'communication preferences', under 'promotions and surveys', select the line that says 'general email promotions' and save.
Pretty sure that's how I stared getting the multiplied eBay bucks offer. I've been eBaying for around 15 years and I just started getting these promos after doing that.

    Same here, I have been on eBay since 2001 and never get the eBay bucks bonus notifications. I did as you say, but that setting for general email promos was already checked. What I did was uncheck it and saved, then I went back and checked it and saved again. Went out and back in and it is all set. Maybe this will allow me to start receiving them.

    After reading that on another thread about 2 weeks ago I did as you stated. It took a couple of weeks, but yesterday I received an offer of 10% back in eBay bucks on any purchase made and paid for yesterday. (Unfortunately I did not use it.)

    Daniel, good info to share with members who may have missed that last thread. Might be good to bump this one every couple of weeks.

    Me too. Not new. I did unclick everything and save, then reclick everything and re-save. Will report if that changes anything.

    Same...but I'm going to try to uncheck it and save per the OP. Then I'll go change it back to 'checked' again.

    Ok so mine was unchecked (I never get those eBay bucks promotions) and so now I checked the box. We shall see.....

    Weird that some have done this and still get nothing. I was getting zip, zilch, nada before I tried it and have received several multiple bucks offers since (maybe about 2 months ago). I don't know if it depends on how much you spend on eBay. I'm not a huge speder - maybe around $400/month.

    Maybe they only give out the bucks promos per a certain spending threshold. I purchase on eBay infrequently and nowhere near that amount. Just a theory..

    I am wondering if this is what could make us ineligible for eBay Bucks promotions. I purchase a fair amount (maybe an average of $50-100 in Bucks per quarter) and stopped receiving these promotions about six months ago.
    Always buying 1971 OPC Baseball packs.

    For those that have one ebay account, I'd recommend getting another. I would think it would only increase your chances of getting ebay bucks offers.

    Thanks for sharing this. I have always wondered why I don't get eBay bucks stuff. I have spent way too much over the years to not be eligible. Maybe this will work.

    Because I'm in Canada I stopped getting this quite some time ago.
